Return & Exchange Policy

You need to inform us within 7 days to highlight the issue with a snap of the product. So that it will be entertained within 30 days. You cannot make your request for any return and exchange after 7 days. The shipping cost may not be refunded unless a faulty item is sent out. We learnt from years of experience that most of the orders return due to wrong size selection from the customers. To avoid these mistakes, we always help our customers choose the correct size. The cost and safety of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Therefore, we recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery for security purposes. Please quote your order reference number in all correspondence and ensure you include the original invoice with your parcel.

Refund Options

Buyers will be reimbursed in the same method of payment used to pay for the item. For the refunds, we have the following options:

  • * Money-Back (Same method used to pay, whether PayPal or Debit/Credit Card payment)
  • * Discount on the next purchase (up to 50%)
  • * Gift Voucher (Could be used for next purchase)

Incorrect Goods/Faulty Product Received

We inspect all products sent before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is not what your ordered or in some way faulty, please contact info@celebsleatherjackets.com immediately, quoting your order number and details of the product you wished to purchase and/or stating the problem with the item received and specifying whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will advise on how to proceed with the return.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please email us at info@celebsleatherjackets.com within 3 days of your order placement to arrange a cancellation for a full refund. Please note that if you have decided to cancel your order after 3 days and it has already been made in our manufacturing department or dispatched to you. We will deduct 25% from the order amount and the shipping charges if the order has shipped. It will be necessary for you to return the goods (if shipped) so we can process your refund.

Exclusion in the Policy

  • * Discounted items, Customs Jackets and Items on SALE are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.
  • * We greatly rely on you to provide us with the correct shipping address and essential contact details.
  • * As we don't ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, you must provide us with your complete residential address.
  • * No product, color, and measurement changes after 3 days of your order placement will be entertained as the product is sent for processing.
  • * Order cancellation request within 3 days of your order confirmation will result in a full refund of your order amount.
  • * If you request order cancellation after 3 days of order confirmation, there will be a 25% deduction from the order amount.
  • * If you have ordered the wrong size then you will have to return at your own expenses if you want full refund of that order.
  • * It is important to check the size chart before placing the order on our website.
  • * If a custom-made item has to be altered, we could do it for FREE if the buyer pays for both-way shipping charges.
  • * During a promotional period, the cost of shipping may not be refunded unless a faulty item is sent out.
  • * Mind change or wrong size selection refunds will be issued after deducting actual shipping costs.
  • * In case of a refund request due to a mind change or wrong size selection, the shipping cost will NOT be refunded.

Custom Duties

Each country follows different terms and conditions in its customs duties, laws and regulations. Regarding buyers, we mark our shipments as Free Shipping in UK, USA and Canada. However, all the products that we ship do charge the shipment accordingly.

Note: You will not get free shipping if the state charges any custom duties on the shipment. The buyer is liable to pay all the duties, not the seller.
