If you're worried about the size, I usually wear an extra-large or double X and ordered a double X. I could probably get away with an XL with just a T-shirt on, but I'm pleased I purchased a double X since it's ideal with a sweater or sweatshirt on, and if you use the scale, you can pretty much trust what it says, it's light, which is exactly what I needed.
