I purposefully ordered a size larger than I needed and shrunk it in the washer/dryer to avoid receiving a smaller size that would shrink too much over time. I'm 200 pounds, 5 11 inches tall, with 12% body fat and a 34-inch waist. Extra large shrunken is ideal for me.
